PHP compatibility
Confirm that the PHP used by your web server is 8.3 or newer. Command-line PHP can differ from the hosting domain’s selected version.
php -v
php -m
php artisan wento:doctorDatabase connection
Check the database hostname, name, username and password. Confirm the account can create and update tables. Do not post credentials in a public support request.
Document root and permissions
Point the site to the application’s public folder. Check write access to storage and bootstrap/cache, and consult application logs for the actual error.
